Services, generally — all else equal. Services companies tend to have: (1) Lower CapEx — asset-light, more FCF for debt paydown; (2) Higher and more predictable margins; (3) Stickier recurring revenue (especially in B2B services); (4) Lower commodity and supply-chain risk.
